10.0I really liked the Food and warm hospitality The tea gardens around it was picturesque for making the stay more memorable Two care takers were awesome at listening and serving to each requests. It's a must stay if you are planning 2-3 days in Wayanad. Little different than traditional resorts and home stays.

9.0Overall, a great place to stay. Excellent staff and good food.
− the lights in the rooms are very dim.. Did share this with the Manager. Secondly, the sauna room needs to have restricted access. We saw some employees entering from the side door.
All staff were good, expect for the photgraphy. Staff took was for a sight seeing trip to tea factor

− When we returned in a taxi, one staff took the photo of our taxi without asking. This is not acceptable to me.
Wrapped in warmth and beauty at Parisons
9.0Beautiful, charming colonial era estate. We loved the setting amidst its own green tea slopes. The service and food were also fantastic and we became so fond of Abida, Khatija and Bala who took such good care of us. We were really blown away by their warmth and hospitality.
− We stayed at Charkara Cottage and felt very cut off from even exploring the main building or having access to the main swimming pool. As the buildings are quite far from each other and it was too hot to walk in May when we were there, we would have appreciated a little more help regarding transport. Why can't you have some buggies available for guests that are not bound to strict timings?

8.0The place itself is very inspiring being more than 100 years old. Maintained well. Very nice and sweet staff who take care of every single request of yours with a smile.
− The electricals need a bit of overhauling....sockets, switches, AC remotes, bathroom lights etc.
