Disgraceful Presentation
1.0The pool was ok. Small for more than 4 people. The staff were great to deal with on check in and check out.
− The villa is old and dilapidated. It is by far the worst house in the complex. Front fence is broken and front yard a mess. It looks disgusting from the outside. You will see my photos and then realise why property does not have one photo highlighting front of property. On entry it was worse. Broken kitchen cupboard doors hanging off hinges to dirty curtains, stains on tiles and rot in bedrooms. The photos on booking.com are from several years ago. After booking and paying for property, prior to check in I received passive aggressive messages from property stating no more than 4 males allowed and if electricity was used too much I would have to pay 10000baht charge. I live in Thailand and have a home with 6 air-conditioner and a pool much bigger than villa's pool yet my bill for electricity is never over 4000baht for the month. Also a 500baht charge for every 15mins if not out by 11am. This place is a disgrace and should be avoided till a complete renovation is done on the property.

7.0Great adress with only a short walk to the beach. Good cleaning, very quiet and peacefu, nice and clean pool. Recommended to all
− The house need a upgrade all over, also the garden and fences. We only had one key to the house, little bit difficult because we must have a key to unlock the gate at beach road.
