10.0Hotel położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji – to doskonała baza wypadowa na górskie wycieczki. Do Karpacza można dojechać szybko i bez problemu. Dużym atutem jest przestronny taras z przepięknym widokiem na Śnieżkę – poranna kawa w takim miejscu to sama przyjemność. Pokój był średniej jakości, ale posiadał własną łazienkę i wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje czystość – pościel i ręczniki były nieskazitelnie czyste i świeże. Ogromnym plusem hotelu jest personel. Pani w recepcji była niezwykle sympatyczna, serdeczna i pomocna. Rzadko spotyka się osoby, które wykonują swoją pracę z takim zaangażowaniem i sercem. Dzięki niej od samego początku można poczuć się mile widzianym. Śniadania były przepyszne, parking wygodny, a lokalizacja naprawdę rewelacyjna. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto planuje wypoczynek w górach. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócę!
