Sulla posizione della struttura nulla da dire. Bellissima ! Posizionata su una scogliera a picco sul mare . L’accesso al mare è bellissimo , un la vera oasi di pace!

− Io e il mio compagno abbiamo girato i 5 stelle e a mio avviso questa struttura non è 5 stelle. Hotel molto grande e esterno ben curati. Check in gentile. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade per la suite . La camera ovviamente era grande ma datata. Chissà le altre camere! In compenso aveva una bellissima vasca. Letto scomodo. Pulizia scarsa . Abbiamo dovuto reclamare perché non avevano pulito bene il water e avevano lasciato la busta della spazzatura sul divano dove c’erano i nostri vestiti. A terra non spazzavano bene . Inoltre durante il soggiorno di 5 notti abbiamo avuto un problema con la temperatura dell’acqua . L’acqua fredda era bollente infatti ci siamo ustionati quando tiravamo il discarico del water . Inoltre ci siamo lavati i denti con acqua calda. Invece quando facevamo la doccia l’acqua calda era fredda . Abbiamo reclamato alla reception sono intervenuti ma purtroppo non hanno potuto cambiare la situazione . Colazione non mi è piaciuta. Povera e scarsa . Non da 5 stelle. C’era Solo 1 tipologia di yogurt ( in Grecia non è possibile ). Non c’erano noci ma solo delle mandorle vecchie . Marmellata dolcissima di scarsa qualità . Anche Succhi scarsa qualità (da discount) Miele buonissimo . Personale colazione approssimativo. Peccato ,perché la struttura ha del potenziale grazie alla sua posizione ma non è ben gestita e non ha servizi da 5 stelle.

Nice view and position, too dirty

Very nice place, the view of the sea is stunning and the position is good if you rent a car. The room (suite) is very big and also the outdoor space is beautiful, with the swimming pool, the garden and the chairs with table. The restaurant is good, considering the “all you can eat” format (there are theme dinner with different specialties prepared). Very interesting to have also the access to the sea (hotel exclusive).

− The cleaning is really unacceptable, the room was dirty and, even after two complaints, nothing changed (even the wc was dirty). There was an invasion of ants. If you consider everything offered, the prices paid is really too high, the gap in quality and price is wide. Even after the complaints for the cleaning, they did not even try to apologize or try to do something for us. If you book the suite with the “private” swimming pool and garden, it’s not okay to have shared access with all the other villa with people who can walk in front of you whenever they want.

Nice place if you plan to stay all your holidays in the hotel

The facilities in general, the spa, pool were really nice. The staff super friendly always willing to help. The food in the restaurant was nice as well.

− The location is quite far from skala town, you have to go by car, otherwise it’s 50 minutes walking (hilly). The rooms are quite old.

may return to this hotel for relaxation again, but I hope the management improves some important things to maintain gues

The pool is good, large, and pleasant, and the view is very beautiful. There is also a wonderful sea view. In addition, there are two more pools: one small pool and one indoor pool. The staff are good and speak English.

− We paid for breakfast and dinner, but later we found out that only the food was included, while drinks required an extra payment (Extra Paid). The drinks are very expensive. Nobody informed us about this in advance, and it was not mentioned in the Booking app or at the reception. The only place where it was written was on a small paper at the reception. The pool is open only until 7 PM, which is not suitable in summer because sunset is around 8 PM. The food is almost the same every day. There are small changes, but the main menu is nearly unchanged. During our 7-day stay, the bed sheets were not changed even once. The towels were changed only twice during the whole week. The hotel is very far away, and there is no food delivery service available to the hotel. The beach is rocky, the area is very small, and there is no proper access or comfortable place by the sea. I paid 2,000 euros for 7 nights including breakfast and dinner (without drinks) at a 4-star hotel (and honestly, I doubt it deserves a true 4-star level). I believe this is very expensive compared with other 5-star hotels offering similar prices.

Struttura con vista pazzesca, piscina davvero grande e pulita. Camere molto ampie e pulite, dotate di kit bagno, ciabattine e accappatoi. Terrazzo panoramico. Staff del Ristorante davvero gentile. Ambiente rilassante e ben tenuto. Buffet cena abbastanza vario.

− Alla reception non troppo risolutivi, abbiamo perso un oggetto ma se non fissiamo stati noi a reclamarlo nessuno ci avrebbe avvisato e ci sono volute quasi 24 ore per averlo indietro e più passaggi alla reception. Vicino a Skala ma congliabile avere un’auto.

The hotel was great and our room (suite) was excellent

− The evening ‘entertainment’ was not very good at all. Looking forward to the advertised mama mia night we were completely let down…2 people dancing to 5 or six abba songs from the film…this is entertainment? The all inclusive drink options could have been a lot better (cocktails in particular) There are lots of stairs to navigate which wasn’t a major issue for us personally but I know it was for other guests (to the extent of changing rooms) It might be an idea to use the grooms and the small buggies to taxi guests especially those of us that were quite a way from the main facilities Another smaller quiet children free pool nearer the 800 rooms would be a welcome addition
