− Henkilökunnan asenne oli joitakin asiakkaita kohtaan epäkohteliasta. Suhkun vesi tulikuuma ja säätäjä ei toiminut.

8.0Nätti leirintäalueen mökki lähellä Tornion keskustaa. Kaikki leirintäalueen palvelut käytössä. Suht pieni ja rauhallinen alue. Kaksi pientä makuukammaria oli saatu mahtumaan tähän mökkiin. Ilmalämpöpumppu/ -viilennin oli myös. Ilta-aurinko paistaa kivasti kuistille. Tämä sopii hyvin lyhyeen majoittumiseen, vaikkapa Haaparannassa kävijöille. Iso grillikota johon mahtuu monta porukkaa grillaamaan. Yhteissauna ja suihkutilat oli hyvät ja siistit.
− Yhteisaunan kiukaan lämpö oli säädetty pienelle. Löylyä ei riittänyt. Jääkaapin pakastelokeron luukun salpa oli rikki ja luukku ei mennyt kunnolla kiinni. Niinpä jäätä oli pakastelokerossa paksu kerros. Pimennysverhot ois mukava lisä makuuhuoneisiin.
