6.0The resort was absolutely beautiful and the location is stunning. All the staff by the pool are amazing. Rooms and breakfast are very nice.
− We had an issue with our aircon and the hotel staff were not very helpful in fixing the matter. We reported the issue first thing in the morning and the team said they would look into it. I had to follow up in the afternoon and they mentioned that a technician looked at it and said it was fine when we got back to our room the Aircon was working however it did not produce cold air, this is what we mentioned in the morning. We called the front desk again. They sent someone out who didn’t understand the issue and the only solution they could come up with was to give us a fan. For the price we paid, better attention should have been paid. I felt like we were treated like we were at a youth hostel. I don’t think a fan is a very good solution. It would have been nice if they sent someone out who understood the issue and could easily see that the room was not cold. I asked if the manager could contact us and I am still waiting. I expected more from a five star resort.
