8.0Check in was quick and easy. Accommodation was clean and as shown in the pictures. Location was great too.
− Some basic items could really improve the experience such as oven gloves, more utensils (there were a few), coasters for cups/glasses.

Avoid at ALL costs.
1.0Nothing. Page refreshed when booking and the dates were booked incorrectly. We travelled 5 hours to Wales only to be told the accomodation had been booked for September, not August. This was less than 24 hours after we booked so we found alternative accomodation and asked for a refund. We were advised this would be sorted following the weekend. After the weekend we were told we would not be refunded or able to change the dates on the booking, even though there had been a booking error on the site. This was directly advised by the site, and booking.com were unable to resolve for us either. So even though we were unable to go on the holiday, they took every penny off us and didn't even offer a partial refund or date change. Absolutely disgusting, do not reccomend at all, and I have all the messages available to show how unreasonable the site was. Avoid at all costs.

5.0Surrounding area was great plenty of walks not far from the sea. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Lovely pubs
− Mattress in the caravan was really bad. We only stayed 2 nights. But we didn't sleep well because of this. So because we all ended up being tired 😫. It sort of ruined the holiday.
Excellent for couples and families wanting a peaceful break.
10.0Quiet and clean, friendly site. Staff and other residents couldn't have been more welcoming. Small site, which felt very safe and able to park right outside caravan. Caravan clean and well stocked with everything you need. Felt quite new and lovely clean bedding ( smelt of laundry powder). Good location for visiting all attractions and exploring historical sites of North Wales. Would definitely stay again, and our young grandchildren loved it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
