2.0− Let's say this hotel isn't worth the money it is asking. It's not that cheap but we chose it specifically because it says on booking that they can arrange transfer to the airport. Well, they can't. First of all the staff don't speak English at all. Nothing. It's ok, we found a solution using Google translator and explained that we need transport to the airport. The girl told us, they don't have a transfer. We know it, but can you arrange it? No. What you mean no? On booking they say you can. Then she is asking if we need a taxi. Ok, can you arrange a taxi? She called someone, no one answered the phone and she said she will call later and tell us in the evening. And she never did. Luckily we went out and found a transfer agency on a walking street by ourselves and arranged an airport transfer for the next day. Second: after island hopping for a month we wanted to have hot water in the shower and on their photos there is a hitting water device in the bathroom. Don't be fooled by photos! There isn't any hot water, devices don't work in all hotel ( we asked about it). And not only hot water, you can't take a shower at all because the water pressure is inexistent. It was dripping from the shower and we used the hose near the toilet to wash ourselves. For all this we could find a hotel with double less the price. What a waste of money :(
