The facilities and location of the resort is good. The beds are terrible. The buffet could be better

− The beds in the executive rooms which we booked were terrible and uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our sleep at all.

− Too busy, too much noises and too expensive for old rooms. Tv old systems. I won't recommend this accommodation to anyone.

10.0The environment. The Manager Michelle who went out of her way to assist me on the phone and also when I got there she recognized me. Also gave me a discount. I will go there next time
− The TV is just not giving you options to watch. I wish they had smart tvs in the room so that I can choose what I want to watch like streaming like Netflix, dstv and YouTube.

5.0Facilities was good.
− Their staff is not not helpful, they back mouth the guests especially the restaurant staff.They whisper and gossiping about the guest which is not nice at all. Very impatient as if they are doing us a favor. They must be trained properly especially to respect the guests knowing that without guests there is no employment.I have a full respect for the staff at Sabie River Lodge and Kruger Park Lodge well mannered. The house keeping staff also cant even make the bed properly. Especially the lady who was there on the 1st Jan.we were in room 226 and 227
Our stay was comfortable and beautiful. Just a few little things have to be changed/upgraded.
7.0We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We had supper at the hotel and it was good.
− Please notify guests if the water in the resourt is safe enough for consumption. For a 4 star establishment, at least provide guests with 1/2 bottled water in their rooms/fridge daily. The bed in room 223A was making noise when sleeping and having to turn sides. That disturbs sleep and defeats the purpose of rest. There was a day when the rooms were not properly cleaned and tidied up.
