2.0− I hired a bike from them, it broke down while I was out on it, half way to my destination an hour away inland, I had to push it to somewhere safe in 40 degrees heat, I was charged 100 baht by a mechanic I found, he removed the engine cover and said an over length screw had been used to fit it and it damaged the engine casing, oil leaking out nothing he could do. I paid another 250 baht to get a lift home. They gave me half of my rental back as I couldn’t use it for 2/4 of the days I had paid. They then charged me 500 baht to go and pick up the broken down bike. Make your own assumptions
