Pathetic Hospitality ever by a 5 Star Resort
1.0Infrastructure wise property is good, located in Aravali hills far from city chaos but hospitality is not even of ONE STAR forget about a 5 start Marriott
− 1. Check-in delayed they gave check after 50 mins from checking time of 3pm that too after having argument with FO team. We reached at 2:15 formalities done immediately even hold 20000 from credit card and asked us to wait till 3pm for allowing checking but very lethargic attitude by hotel team they again asked wait for 30 mins then again 15 mins and finally we got room at 3:50pm 2. Cleanliness was sub standard even after checking delayed by 50 mins room was not properly cleaned it has loose hairs on floor which was again reported to housekeeping they cleaned and took again 30 mins 3. Very slow services/response on call : even a water bottles served with minimum after half n hour in room 3. High tea : Very limited option not as per 5 star standard only 4. Room was not having any arrangements for mosquitoes even. Body wash bottle in bathroom was empty 5. No pacification by hotel staff for their pathetic services
