10.0We had a fantastic time at Skiddaw View Holiday Park. The park is exceptionally peaceful, spotlessly maintained, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind close to nature. The views of the surrounding mountains are simply breathtaking! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.A beautiful, tranquil setting while still being a great base for exploring the surrounding area. We wholeheartedly recommend this holiday park and would love to return in the future!

− Nothing within short walking distance , closest pub 1.4 miles no paths , shops 15 minute drive , this is the only negative , really lovely site , kids outside play area , ideal for quiet holiday

7.0The lodge was well equipped and very clean.
− We had to go home after one night of our 4 night stay. The lodge was so airless and so intensely hot, we felt ill. Our dogs couldn't cope either. We realise the weather was exceptional, but even so, with so much glass there was absolutely no respite from the intense heat inside, and there was no cool area to be found at all. With only venetian blinds at all except 2 windows it made it worse. It was simply unbearable. Fans were available but were completely useless. They just blew hot air around. I feel people should be aware. The side of the bath is very high to get into the shower. A grab rail would be helpful.
