10.0Staff gave us an upgrade as the shower screen was broken on our arrival.. cleaned up.glass and nect morning we gotcanither caravan as screen could not be fixed

9.0Everything was great! The bed was so comfortable! We had all that we needed for self-catering simple meals. The children loved the bouncy castle. The caravan site was nice to be in and well looked after. Would definitely come back.
− A mop would have been helpful in case of cleaning requirements/spillages. The caravan floor would have benefited from a thorough mop as our feet were brown but everything else was really good. There was a strong drain smell that kept coming and going near the onsite pool, pub and restaurant.

9.0I have a 2 year old so she enjoyed the park, the amazing soft play and the pool
− Our place wasn't that clean on arrival. But they came and were very apologetic. And the beds arent that comfortable. Feeling springs in the main bed.
