Closest thing to being on a retreat without being in a retreat!
10.0I have never been in such a peaceful place. The cabin was so warm and cosy. I felt like I was camping but with every comfort available. Ruth’s breakfasts were delicious.
Nire is the most incredible nervous system reset
10.0We had the most incredible weekend with Ruth and Co at Nire eco. The eco chalets are situated in the most peaceful and tranquil setting, you feel like you are sleeping with the trees. Freshly baked bread and fresh fruit delivered to your chalet for breakfast, the comeragh mountains provide a backdrop to the most natural and serene atmosphere. If you need to destress(who doesn't these days) 2/3 days in Nire is the reset your nervous system is craving. We complimented our Nire tranquility with some the best eateries, Dungarvan is a foodie heaven and a real hidden gem. We are already planning our return. Nire is the most special place.
− Everything exceeded our expectations.
Luxe en kamperen in de natuur
8.0De locatie en het bed waren uitstekend
− De "kitchenette" buiten is bij regenweer onhandig.
Peace, quiet and a wonderful breakfast
9.0The environment here is beautiful. There are three fields with 5 cabins distributed between them and as these are large fields there is no chance of seeing or overhearing other guests. Wonderful sense of privacy and amazing views! Ruth is lovely; very helpful and fun to chat to. and Milo and Daisy gave me a great welcome. The breakfast really was yummy. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked bread, preserves, and eggs from Ruth's rescue hens kept me going until dinner. When not out for a walk it was lovely to just sit and read beside the picture window. Fabulous setting.
− Just a few hooks for hanging clothing or coats though to be honest for a short stay that wasn't really an issue.
Highly recommended
10.0We had a lovely 2 nights at Nire Valley Eco Camp. The cabin was warm and cosy, breakfast was delicious and waking up to birdsong in the morning was good for the soul! A short drive to some great walking trails too.
