Horrid, noisy loud rude won’t be back
1.0Nothing really, messaged to days in advance to say I would be arriving around 1/2am, to no response at all. When arrived it felt like I had been scammed, me and the taxi driver driving around for 25 minutes trying to find it. No lights no signs nothing.
− Where to start. There’s no reception at all… u don’t know what to do or where to go. If u don’t find the non English speaking security outside who holds your key you won’t be getting in, rang the so called hotel 7 times to no response. The place is in the middle of nowhere! 400 baht minimum to get a taxi to the local supermarket, and that’s if your able to even get a taxi/grab/bolt as you are that far away from everything no one wants to come to you. After finally getting in my room I had no hot water but again could ring as the place was literally derelict!! Hardly any sleep the first night and a tree was rubbing against the roof of my shack. To make things betters from 430am, you are Woken up to the horrific noise of the long tail boats flying up and down the river. And the engines on them things are very very loud, you will not be sleeping through believe me!! Don’t no when the shower was last used but as soon as I turned it on and the water started travelling through the waste hole the smell was absolutely disgusting… smelt like untouched waste from the last 6 months!!! There is a restaurant opposite with very few English speaking staff, when I checked out she literally took the key of me went to check my room but then just didn’t come back… so after waiting there for 15 mins I just left in my taxi and believe me I will never be going back!! Horrible stay

3.0− no western food on menu, only seafood?? no shops near by so we had to order food to be delivered including water. so many bugs in room and mosquito. staff didn’t speak english but they were very nice. very disappointed in the food option and rooms. there was mold on the walls and stains on the curtains and beds.

5.0the location was beautiful but of course there was plastic garbage everywhere the staff was very nice and the food very good
− there was no water pressure the towels did not dry(because they were new) and the bed was like a wooden bord
