10.0Stunning location, very conveniently situated for Eden Project. Clean accommodation, lodges are great, caravans well equipped. Owners and staff really friendly and helpful.

− Caravan seating inside was heavily stained awning was damaged with holes, awing floor was dirty and stained compared to the other caravans
Serene location, super clean and modern, close to where you want to be
10.0Fabulous place to stay. Very quiet, super close to the Eden Project and Carlyon Beach, and clean. Camper looks almost brand new and has everything you need. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and thorough in his explanations. Need to bring the kids next time!
