Abandoned and neglected hotel
3.0The view from our room/hut was nice and because it was in the middle of the jungle, it was quiet.
− When we arrived and were showed our hut, we almost did not get any explanation about the working of the hotel. We went to the restaurant to have a drink, the waitress was really nice, but it felt really abandoned, we were the only people there. Also there wasn't much choice for food or drinks. The hut looks way smaller than on the pictures and felt neglected. The mosquito net had holes in several places, the sheets were old and also had holes in them. The bathroom was also old and not well maintained. The steps towards our hut were dangerous, cables running over them, leaves everywhere and they were crumbling at some spots. The swimming pool looked dirty, was much smaller than on the pictures and the slide was broken. There wasn't breakfast at the restaurant (it only opens at 11am) or any facilities to eat or even drink a coffee or a tea. There was supposed to be a nightguard, but we did not see him when we retired to our hut and had to put out the lights in the restaurant ourselves. The next morning around 8am there was still no one at the reception. We waited for 20 minutes before the nightguard - we think - showed up, he didn't really talk to us, but just took the keys and then disappeared again. Luckily we already booked our taxi ourselves. So overall, the hotel felt really neglected, everything was old and the pictures really don't match the reality at all.

6.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Für Alle die es abgelegen und ruhig wollen. Direkt am Fluss. Ruhig und abgelegen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut ubd bietet ei ne tolle thailändische Küche. Preisleistung stimmt hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft.
− Die Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehen sehr abgewöhnt und ungepflegt aus für diesen Preis. Auch gibt es zwar einen Wasserkocher aber kein Kaffee oder Tee. Das Frühstück für 369 bhat kann man sich sparen. Es gibt keinen Kaffee dazu und für den Preis völlig überteuert. Der Pool sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Ist eher eine grössere Badewanne und sieht nicht wirklich einladend aus. Man sollte sich auf dem weg zum Resort bei 7eleven mit Getränke und Snacks eindecken. Denn dort in der Nähe ist nichts.
