A charming getaway, great for groups wanting to spend time together but still maintain some privacy.
9.0The property was a pleasant little surprise, not too big like a busy resort but well maintained and charming. The guest houses were all unique and the patio overlooking the river was welcome and peaceful. Staff was lovely and accommodating.
− There’s not much to critique, although some elderly folks in our party did say they wished the restrooms were equipped with railings and other anti-slippage amenities to make them more old-person friendly.
Unreliable facility
5.0Good atmosphere. Good price.
− We cannot use water in the bathroom for longer than an hour. Staffs did not proactively solve the issue and did not provide any backup bathroom for us. This made our travel plan delayed for more than 2 hours. ☹️ We contacted Booking.com for compensation, Booking.com forwarded the complaint to the property, but the property denied our request to compensate.
