− Plaj kısmı korkunç tam anlamıyla korkunç. İskele ve üzerinde halk plajı gibi dipdibe koydukları plastik şezlonglar mı daha kötü dersiniz yoksa tüm tavanı, evet tavanı kapattıkları için güneş görmeyen bir evin salonunda hissettiğiniz bir deniz kenarı deneyimi mi dersiniz. Üstüne bir de plaj kısmında bazı yerleri civar yerlerde yazlıkları olan insanlara kiralıyorlar ve siz yükle parasını ödeyip kaldığınız odanızda eğer sahilde de güzel bir yer kapmak(!) istiyorsanız sabah 6da uyanabilirsiniz. Ki kaptığınız yerde de yanınızda hiç tanımadığınız insanlarla ten temasındasınız. Merak ettiğim 2 şey var 1- koç holding küçülmeye mi gitti de bu saçma plastik şezlongları aldınız ki etrafınızda da bir sürü ikame otel var bi bakın nasıl şezlong kullanıyorlar. 2- bu dışarıdan insanlara kiraladığınız plaj yerlerinizi, pek tabii kiralayabilirsiniz, neden en güzel yerleri çalışanlarınız onlar adına kapatıyor, neden saat sabah 5:30-6da bile ki hırs yaptım kalktım o yerler hep dolu oluyor, odanıza yükle para veren müşterinizin onlar kadar değeri olmamış mı oluyor? Bu işgüzarlıktan haberi olmayan otel yöneticilerinden İsteyen olursa kiraladığınız kişilerin ismini de benden öğrenebilirsiniz.

Divan Palmira was the best choice for the period I visited Golturkbuku. In mid May basically it's a desert town. Divan being located in the middle of the district, it has more life than the other options. Honestly I can't understand how Elista, Mavi Suit and many other hotels were open for booking. When I was there I saw they were undergoing major refurbishments. So I am glad I chose Divan. My stay was excellent thanks to the wonderful staff of the hotel. Every single person I encountered was skilful, respectful and professional. I felt I was surrounded by an amazing staff. The food is the other outstanding asset of the hotel. Very delicious meal options in the menu and their breakfast buffet has large variety of healthy options. I would select Divan every single time with confidence.

− Only thing I may slightly complain about is; only after I completed the booking I was informed about the spa and gym being closed due to refurbishment. I was planing on booking treatments and hitting the gym. Though this was not a show stopper at this time, in general it would be good to know in advance.
