8.0family room very big lounge comfortable best ive sat on for years air conditioner warms unit quickly and is quiet just need more coffee and sugar sachets bed were comfortable the pillows are flat need thicker ones worth every cent when i stay there and totally peaceful and quiet highly recommended spot
