− At arrival we were given a very noisy room above the pool. After our request the room was changed. Sorry, but most of the rooms design is very old & outdated.

7.0We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the porter who welcomed us made a great first impression. Our Family Suites were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful sea views. The water park was fantastic, with excellent slides and frequent train service from the hotel. The spa was relaxing, and we appreciated the hotel’s effort to address our feedback by inviting us to the beachfront BBQ restaurant and offering us a complimentary bottle of wine. The location is beautiful and perfect for families.
− The biggest disappointment was the food. For a five-star resort, the quality was well below expectations. Meals were repetitive, many dishes tasted reheated, and even the fish was disappointing. We ended up eating outside the hotel almost every day. There are also a few areas that could easily be improved: * The room layout is unusual, with the sink outside the bathroom. * The in-room coffee and tea selection is poor, with no coffee machine and very limited herbal tea options. * The pools were extremely cold. * There were no vegetarian sandwiches at the water park snack bar, and some sandwiches even contained both meat and cheese. * The train station at the water park has no shade or seating, making families wait in the hot sun. * It would also be nice to have a drinking water station near the train stop. * We only saw lifeguards at the water park, not at the main pools. * The massage therapists at the spa could improve their technique, as the massages were much gentler than expected. * We would have liked the option to purchase premium drinks, but this wasn’t available.
