酒店老板和他派遣的司机涉及长期对入住住客进行诈骗The hotel owner and his driver were involved in defrauding hotel guests.

2026年7月13日我已向肯尼亚警察局和旅游局和大使馆控诉这家酒店老板和他派遣的司机对我进行的诈骗行为。10号入住支付了3%的手续服务费82.4美金，12号退房，在这家酒店入住醒来的第一天早上11号7点，我跟酒店老板说要游猎，车辆到达后上车前，我爽快支付了包含3%的手续服务费一共是164.8美金。后面酒店老板和他派遣的司机就开始对我进行了一整天的诈骗。在谷歌地图地址显示，这家酒店地址位于马赛马拉国家保护区的距离仅2分钟，酒店老板和他派遣的司机载我到距离50分钟(我的说法50分钟，他说20分钟的另一处私人保护区)。那里没有一只角马，没有一条鳄鱼，那就更加没有大迁徙(天河之渡)，去到根本不是我想去的地方，收取完全不合理的更贵的费用共计370.8美金。而在游猎时，司机当场说我没有看到鳄鱼角马，是我不够幸运，我当时真的以为是这样。11号游猎结束，当晚他们向我收取马赛马拉国家保护区门票费用200美金，包含3%的手续服务费是206美金。我因为把储蓄实体卡落在国内，信用卡额度用完，刷卡没有成功，和酒店老板商讨后，用现金支付了身上所有的先令，我支付了优惠2美金，相等于198美金的先令现金。(而在13号在警察局，警方电话联系酒店老板，结果他控诉我还有140元未付，我不理解，我所有款项全部结清！全部！)。11日付完门票款之后我回到房间里，我试很多方法，想要有金钱完成接下来的行程，想到用国内储蓄卡还款了信用卡，重新生成了额度，完全可以支付买到我想要的所有。其中我还把现金15000先令带回了国内。第二天12日退房日9点正常离开酒店，出酒店后我惊讶发现了真相，但我没有深想，只是去酒店附近银行取现了部分现金20498.8先令后坐车回程离开。当我坐在车上6个小时回想思考，后知后觉，再回内罗毕的路途中，我在booking线上询问质问酒店老板，酒店老板肯定说，在这里只有一处马赛马拉国家公园，就是我去的那个。但是，在11-12日，在我回中国的航班时在候机厅聊天得知，11-12号连续两日有天河之渡(角马大迁徙过河)！所以，是除了我之外，还有仅是当天那些车辆的所有人都没有看到，而每一天都有这样的事情重复发生。以为是自己不够幸运，而是酒店老板和旅行社收了金钱，不给你幸运机会。飞机上，从国内飞往内罗毕时那些我见过的中国人，他们都去到了真实的马赛马拉国家保护区，看到了角马迁徙天河之渡，这更是让我沮丧，气愤酒店和司机的行为，我付出了时间金钱期待，得到失望和欺骗。我不希望未来还有人受骗，所以我说出了真相。只有发声，才不会发生！

− On July 13, 2026, I filed a complaint with the Kenyan police, tourism authorities, and embassy against the hotel owner and his driver for fraud. I checked in on the 10th, paying a 3% service fee of US$82.40. I checked out on the 12th. On the morning of the 11th, my first day back at the hotel, at 7:00 AM, I told the hotel owner I wanted to go on a safari. Before getting in the vehicle, I readily paid US$164.80, including the 3% service fee. Then, the hotel owner and his driver began their day-long scam. Google Maps showed the hotel was only 2 minutes from the Masai Mara National Reserve, but the hotel owner and his driver took me to another private reserve 50 minutes away (I said 50 minutes, he said 20 minutes). There wasn't a single wildebeest or crocodile there, let alone the Great Migration (the crossing of the Milky Way). I was taken to a place I didn't want to go, and they charged me an unreasonably high fee of US$370.80. During the safari, the driver said I wasn't lucky enough to see any crocodiles or wildebeest, and I genuinely believed him. The safari ended on the 11th, and that evening they charged me $200 USD for the Masai Mara National Reserve entrance fee, plus a 3% service fee, making it $206 USD. Because I had left my debit card in China and my credit card limit was maxed out, the transaction failed. After discussing it with the hotel owner, I paid with all the shillings I had on me in cash, including a $2 USD discount, equivalent to $198 USD in cash. (On the 13th, at the police station, the police contacted the hotel owner, who then accused me of owing 140 shillings unpaid. I didn't understand; I had settled all my debts! All of them!). After paying the entrance fee on the 11th, I returned to my room and tried many ways to have enough money to continue my trip. I remembered that I had used my debit card to pay off my credit card, which restored my credit limit, allowing me to buy everything I wanted.

Nos atendieron muy muy bien, los trabajadores se preocuparon en todo momento por nosotros, nos acompañaban siempre y muy atentos porque estuviéramos bien y no nos faltase de nada, nos limpiaban todos los días la habitación y la comida y la cena eran muy buenas, típicas de allí y con un trato muy humilde y amables. We were treated very, very well. The staff were always looking after us, always accompanying us and very attentive to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They cleaned our room every day, and the food and dinner were very good, typical of the area, and served with a very humble and friendly approach.
