Our stay was beautiful we have booked before and booked bedrooms comfy nice caravan site to look out on your balcony fee

10.0Lovely place, Martin was a lovely host, there whenever we needed him. Comfortable room, Big space and good facilities with a fridge etc.

10.0What an excellent location. Nestled into this area of Oldham. A little nugget of countryside. The room was exceptionally clean. The towels wonderfully soft. The bed. Really comfortable. The facilities. There were washing machines available and a kitchen. I could move in. It was that good. Martin is an amazing person. He gave me a great welcome. Checked I had everything I needed. A salt of the earth person. I will be back in the future.
