To sum up, although they mentioned there were other guests staying, it felt like we were the only ones there. During bre

− The facilities were poorly maintained. There was a cockroach in my room, and the pools were dirty and slimy. The breakfast area was disappointing. There was dust on the tables, buffet counter, and cutlery, and the handwashing area was also very dirty.
I really like resort that have many facility for kids but please concern more on cleanliness.
