Las vistas y el trato del personal. Acogida con te, galletas, fruta, con explicación detallada de lo que podíamos ver y contratar, recomendaciones de comida y lugares de interés. Nos ayudaron a comprar las entradas (paseo nocturno en barca muy recomendado, sin colas) y a pedir el taxi de vuelta a la estación.

De eigenaren waren ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons uitstekend geholpen met het plannen van onze verdere reis, het bezoeken van toeristische bezienswaardigheden en het vinden van goede lokale restaurants. Dankzij hun persoonlijke aandacht voelden we ons direct welkom.

Nos encantó la ubicación, la habitación era preciosa, con unas vistas al río maravillosas. El dueño del hotel y su mujer fueron muy amables, nos indicaron lugares para comer muy buenos y nos dieron mucha información de la ciudad, hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable.

With uniqur views in your room and a classic style chinese room, you enjoy a unique stay. but even lore the owners ( a very nice couple ) put the word service in the sky picking up up already by foot on the square below the hotel. The city map provided in property is a piece of art worth to be kept. thank you very much for this special stay!

🇪🇸 Español Durante mi ruta de 22 días por China, este ha sido sin duda el hotel donde mejor nos han atendido. Tanto el hombre como la mujer que nos recibieron fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Nada más llegar nos ayudaron con las maletas y nos dieron una explicación muy completa de Fenghuang: recomendaciones de restaurantes, lugares para desayunar, sitios que visitar y consejos para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estancia. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por sus huéspedes y hacen todo lo posible para ayudarte. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: está a pocos minutos caminando de las principales zonas turísticas, pero al mismo tiempo se encuentra en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar después de un día de visitas. Si estás buscando alojamiento en Fenghuang, no lo dudaría: volvería a elegir este hotel sin ninguna duda. ¡Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa! 🇬🇧 English During our 22-day trip around China, this was definitely the hotel where we received the best service. Both the man and the woman who welcomed us were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. As soon as we arrived, they helped us with our luggage and gave us a very detailed introduction to Fenghuang: recommendations on where to eat, where to have breakfast, what to visit, and useful tips to make the most of our stay. You can really tell that they care about their guests and genuinely want to help. The location is also perfect: it is just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist areas, while still being in a quieter area, which makes it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. If you are looking for a hotel in Fenghuang, I would not hesitate to recommend this place. I would definitely choose it again. Thank you so much for making us feel at home!
