Location was perfect

I stayed around 2 months with my partner. We extended after our booking as it met above our expectations and we enjoyed this place nor wanted to leave . Everything was perfect , especially the host Anne. Such a lovely lady and accommodates to all your needs very quickly . All the rooms are medium / big in size , the backyard is absolutely huge and location is close to shopping centre , sport stadiums , pools and everyday needs. Anne and her husband are good to everyone and make everyone happy even if it puts themselves in struggle . That should tell you a lot about them and we absolutely loved staying here and will definitely come again. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone .

It was so filthy I could not stay there, the place was so dirty it hadn't been cleaned for days and weeks especially the toilet and kitchen. I had to leave smell from the bathroom permeated thorought the house. Bookings.com refuse to refund me!!!!

− Everything, the kitchen was filthy, the laundry was dirty and full of rubbish and things you couldn't wash anything in the tub it was full of stuff. The floors had not been washed for weeks, the toilet had dirty, pee and pubic hairs on, the microwave was dirty and not cleaned for weeks, the bathroom smelled and had wet dirty towels on the floor, there were people's items on the hand basin that had not been cleaned for ages, I've got photos to support what I have written.

The bathroom was close alaround the floor windows were boarded up it was a mess it was that bad I had too cancel and book another place I did ask for a refund too booking .com and the owner but now one has replied

Anne is the kindest and sweetest lady you will ever meet, She makes you feel at home and she always responds when you contact her. The place was clean, a close family member to Anne lives at the accommodation and he always cleans and maintains the house and keeps it in order, Our stay was comfortable and very convenient for both my daughter and I,

− We were content with everything she had provided for us.
