5.0Apartamento bem estruturado, localizado perto do Centro de Lumiar, embora esteja na beira da rua, em frente ao ponto de ônibus da 1001, além do barulho dos caminhões, inclusive à noite.

6.0O local é muito bem localizado, perto do centro, das cachoeiras e de um mercado grande. A estrutura do apartamento é boa com os 2 quartos, a área de serviço e sala ampla e a cozinha bem equipada. Visitem por favor a Cafeteria Querido Café que tem na rua da frente. Que lugar incrível, que pessoas sensacionais... elevou o nível da viagem!
− O local estava sujo, com teias de aranha nas portas e janelas, cabelo no ralo da pia e do box, muita poeira em tudo e até barata. Por higiene, nem nos arriscamos a usar os cobertores disponíveis. Além disso, a TV não funciona muito bem, a cozinha é um pouco escura. Sobre o barulho da rua mencionado em outros comentários (caminhões e carros), realmente existe. Para nós foi o menor dos problemas, mas pode incomodar quem busca isolamento total.
