10.0Le confort de la chambre et la maison dans sa globalité. L’emplacement proche du vieux centre, du château, du port, et de toutes commodités.
− Dommage que la piscine ait été fermée sur la période où j’y étais, mais nous étions déjà mi-octobre, malgré la douceur des températures.

3.0L'endroit sympa, pratique, bien décoré.
− On n'a pas vu de personnel d'accueil en 2 jours. On a reçu une tonne d'instructions indiquant y compris le nom de la chambre. Étant épuisés par un long chemin sur Cavi del Cavals, on a redemandé le nom de la chambre à prendre. Pas de réponse sympathique, juste 'Lire les instructions' écrit en gros. On n'a pris une mauvaise clé, erreur qu'on a pu corriger en 5 minutes heureusement. Quel dommage de ne pas se mettre à la place d'un touriste fatigué ou simplement en vacances, qui cherche seulement la bienveillance et de l'accompagnement. On a également oublié de laisser la taxe de séjour dans la chambre, qu'on a payée par transfert dans les 48 heures. De manière générale, l'accueil est inexistant et le ton des messages n'est pas bienveillant. Dommage.
