9.0The family room for parents and kids stay is fabulous. We were welcomed by fresh local oranges and Coca-Cola tins in the refrigerator. Beautiful view of Mount Batur and the lake. Friendly staff and great housekeeping service. Bottle water fountains in the lobby and the hallway. One bedroom is good enough.

8.0The room was spacious enough. The utilities are enough. The view was magnificent. I truly love the view!
− The sheet for the big size bed was not clean enough. I doubted it was changed tho. There was blue stain, like a crayon stain. There was coffee stain on one of the mugs and the spoon. The management should pay attention more. The stairs to the pool were torture for my knee 😅😅😅 Maybe cleaner place will make every penny worthy
