8.0We loved every minute of our stay at Serah's Homestay. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and warm, always greeting us with great stories. They went out of their way to serve our breakfast early at 7:00 AM so we could surf, which we appreciated so much. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the cozy location is perfect, peaceful and away from Kuta's main noise, yet still close to everything. Renting scooters directly from them with a sweet discount made getting around super easy.
− A few tiny details could make it even better. The AC is a bit old and noisy, though it works fine, and the bathroom tiles could use a deep clean, which makes sense for a classic 16-year-old property. Extra outdoor lighting at night would add a nice touch, and a Wi-Fi upgrade would be a huge help for remote workers like us.

10.0Tout est vraiment au top ! Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable et Beng Beng est aux petits soins et toujours de bons conseils. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien située dans Kuta, le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon, le personnel vraiment sympathique, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!
− Les transats sont un peu usés mais c'est vraiment un détail parce que la piscine est agréable

8.0Ochota personálu je na vysoké úrovni. Dále půjčovna skútru za super cenu, velký a hluboký bazén a naprosto vynikající snídaně.
− Nedostatečné vybavení a chybějící toaletní potřeby. Vše by potřebovalo trochu více péče. Malý tlak vody, ale prostě trochu víc péče a vše bude perfektní.
