4.0− Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because there was no hot water during the night due to a technical issue. While the host apologized, there was no proper compensation for the inconvenience. I asked for a partial refund because this directly affected the quality of my stay, but I didn’t receive a response. The place is okay, but customer service and problem resolution could be much better.
