Eenvoudige cabin maar alles werkt naar behoren. Schoon, prima bed, goede Wifi, warme douche.

Perfect place for staying!

10.0

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Didik was extremely friendly and responsive, making sure we felt welcome and had all the information we needed throughout our stay. He helped us a lot with local recommendations and arrange the trip to small islands. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. We would happily come back again!

One of the most special and stunning places we have ever stayed — deeply local, beautiful, and unfor

Kurni’s Cabin is one of the most stunning places we have ever stayed. Sapit itself is also incredibly beautiful, and everything about the experience felt very special, local and meaningful. From the moment we arrived, Dirik made us feel completely taken care of. He helped us with everything, guided us through the options for our stay, and made our arrival feel both comfortable and exciting. We arrived in the afternoon, and he was very clear and thoughtful in explaining what we could do, how to plan it, and what would make the most sense for us. That same day, he took my friend and me to a beautiful sunset point where we could see Mount Rinjani. On the way, we passed rice fields, onion fields, cows and local village life, which made the whole experience even more special. We also met a local family and shared snacks with them, which was such a lovely and authentic moment. The next day, we planned a hike with him, which was also a great experience. It was also wonderful to meet Ewa and to hear more about all the work this family does to preserve local culture and use local resources in an ecological and thoughtful way. That made the stay feel even more meaningful. The cabins themselves are beautiful, comfortable and very well designed. You can really see the care and effort they are putting into the place and its facilities. We only stayed two nights, but we left wishing we had more time. These days were truly amazing, and we will keep them in our hearts.

There was absolutely NOTHING we disliked. For us, Kurni’s Cabin is a must-stay place, and Sapit is a must-visit village. One thing to be aware of is that, as in many places in Lombok, you may hear the call to prayer several times a day, including early in the morning around 5 a.m. It may wake you up, but for us this was not a negative point at all. We found it mystical, peaceful and part of the local culture. With earplugs, it was easy to continue sleeping. This is not something related to the accommodation itself, but simply part of being in Lombok and experiencing the local way of life. For us, it actually added to the atmosphere and authenticity of the place.

The view is incredible there and our host Didik welcomed us with open arms. He took us for dinner at a local spot with probably the best view of Rinjani. We also made a coffee tour with one of his friends from Micofam. It was amazing to see how they grow coffee and also what their plans are for the future. We would stay there anytime again and would also recommend it to anyone.

A gem!!! Stay there!

10.0

We loved our stay! The rooms are super comfortable and there is hot shower and amazing breakfast. Your choice of banana pancake and vegetable omlet. We also did a small hike with visiting their coffee plantage. From the plant to the cup! It was amazing. The hosts are super lovely and really want you to have a good experience. We slept so well. You do not really hear the mosques around and there are many in Lombok. The wifi is working exceptional, we watched movies at night without interuption. If you plan to go to this area, stay there. The price-value is very good. There are coffee shops with food around. The hosts take you not only on a tour but also to a nice sunset place. OMG I wished we could stay there longer!
