− 沒有冰箱及冷氣
這是一個在著名景區，擁有得天獨厚自然條件的飯店，除此之外，沒有值得配上這個房價的地方。
7.0房間陽台景色一如預期，非常遼闊的湖景而令人心曠神怡，這一點非常滿意。
− 上樓的樓梯太窄，提著29寸行李箱上下樓其實很危險。 房間太小，放了兩個29寸行李箱之後幾乎無路可走，我和太太在房內走動時，兩人都撞到床腳好幾次，腿腳都有瘀青。 熱水似乎是用儲水桶嗎，洗澡到後來發現水越來越不熱，事前並不知道會有這樣的情況。房內只有一個小垃圾桶，其實不太夠用，這一點應該也跟房間坪數有關。
The absolute best place to stay in Hallstatt if you want to wake up to sensational views.
9.0The view from the balcony is superb - probably the best views of the town especially by night. The location was excellent for the bus/ coach stop, the salt mine (although closed at the moment) and the lake boat tours.
