7.0Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej kamienicy, która została częściowo wyremontowana. Sam lokal jest przyzwoicie wyposażony i zapewnia podstawowy komfort pobytu. Na plus należy zaliczyć bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy oraz lokalizację stosunkowo blisko centrum. Niestety, czystość pozostawia pewien niedosyt, szczególnie w łazience, która wymagałaby dokładniejszego sprzątania. Łóżko okazało się mało wygodne, co nie sprzyjało wypoczynkowi. Dużym minusem jest również otoczenie budynku – zaniedbane, mocno zarośnięte i po opadach deszczu bardzo błotniste. Dodatkowo na terenie znajduje się nieosłonięta studzienka kanalizacyjna, która może stanowić realne zagrożenie dla gości. Okolica sprawia wrażenie brudnej i zaniedbanej, choć trudno ocenić, na ile jest to cecha samej dzielnicy. Obiekt może być dobrym wyborem na krótki pobyt, jednak wymaga kilku usprawnień, aby standard odpowiadał oczekiwaniom większości gości.

10.0Çok güzel ve sakin bir bölgede. Çarşı bölgesi ile arasında sadece bir cadde var. Yürüyerek her yere erişebilirsiniz. Park imkanı olması çok güzel. Ev sahibi oldukça ilgili, o kadar detaylı bilgi verdi ki tekrar iletişim kurma ihtiyacı bile hissetmedik.
