10.0The room and the facilities were exactly as advertised. It was clean, organized, and for what I needed, its location was perfect. Pretty close to downtown Timbó, about 12 minutes walking to everything!

10.0Pois bem me chamo Lucas eu pretendia ficar apenas uma noite hospedado na residência kkk mas como nunca sabemos o dia de amanhã perdi a conta de quantos dias estou aqui já. Renovei direto com o proprietário, pois o ambiente é seguro aconchegante limpo o ambiente por si só te chama para ficar mais dias hospedado. O pessoal q te recebe pensa na educação simpáticos super atenciosos. Eu super aconselho a quem estiver vindo a cidade e precisando se hospedar esse é o lugar certo garanto q não haverá arrependimento basta respeitar as normas da casa, e os outros residentes q sua experiência será única e inesquecível 🫶🏾🤗😊
− Olha não tenho nada a criticar nem mesmo se fosse crítica iria ser uma crítica construtiva kkk mas para não ficar em branco lá vai... Poderia ter umas placas indicando os cômodos pq é uma mansão vc se perde aqui dentro pois é muito grande e espaçoso o ambiente... Não irei mandar foto na minha avaliação por respeito aos donos antes de fazer isso eu pediria a eles primeiro por questão de educação minha mesmo.
