1.0− Online System war andauernd "busy" bei der Abfrage nach dem Türöffnungscode. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Nach kurzer Bandansage wurde aufgelegt. Das Office ist nicht belegt. Check in ist bis 24.00 aber um 22.00 besteht keine möglichkeit zum check in. Ich musste bei Regen und Kälte durch die Stadt laufen um ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Bisher keine Rückerstattung oder Entschädigung erhalten.
