It was very last minute but worked out really well.
9.0Lovely location in the centre of the village. Excellent pub. Beautiful walks to castle drogo, lovely views on the way. Breakfast was good and Sally was really nice and informative.

10.0What a great place! I usually stay in hotels but this place made me think I'm going to do more B and Bs now. It's a lovely house that you are lucky enough to be allowed to stay in.,right in the centre of a gorgeous little village with a great pub, what more could you want! Sally, the host, met me as I arrived and showed me where to park, right outside. She was so friendly and welcoming, I had a gorgeous room with TV, microwave, tea, coffee making facilities etc etc, incredibly comfortable king sized bed. Spotlessly clean. Just loved my time here, very easy access to main A30 road and to Dartmoor. If you are even considering staying here, do it, you will not regret it I promise.

10.0Sally was so kind and welcoming. I felt like a guest rather than a paying visitor. The room is very pretty and well decorated. The village is lovely and in such pretty countryside. I ate at the community pub across the village square which was great! Lovely food, proper local pub!
