Lovely village location although noisy outside late in the evenings. Lots of independent shops & coffee shops. The beds were comfortable.

− The kitchen wasn't very clean, especially the sink & the floors generally needed a good mop. The baby cot mattress was very thin & hard.

− Communal bathroom - House of multiple occupancy. Bed was old and soft and creaked loudly with every movement.

Great value accommodation in Haddington

Location was perfect for the town. Parking was easy, available outside the property and free after 4pm. Kitchen was clean and had coffee and tea available. Bathroom was clean and had shampoo/shower gel available. I was on the top floor so you are only sharing the bathroom with one other room, which was better than I expected, it is also right outside of your room so no wandering down corridors with your towel on. I was very impressed and this property exceeded my expectations for the price I paid
