Extended stay .
8.0Stayed with the lovely Sajeev and his family for 5 days at the end of our holiday for a little quiet time, but due to the gulf war became a bit stranded and ended up staying for 20 days which in hind sight was a long time . Stayed in a bamboo hut upstairs above his shop overlooking the beach which was a great location in the centre of the beach village area . The room was a good size but our balcony a little on the small size , but fine for a few nights . Sajeev cleans the rooms himself and does a very good Indian clean whenever you ask . The linen and towels always smell fresh but to honest would be better used for decorating. Breakfast is provided at 150 rupees and is ok for a short stay but we stopped after a few days as it became repetitive. Fruit ,eggs toast and tea was always available and if you wanted Indian you ordered the day before . Eating in the garage area was not a culinary experience and a lick of paint and table clothes would not have gone amiss . Sajeev and his family treated us very well and I find writing anything harsh about his homestay a little unsettling, but all is true and I would not hesitate to stay for a couple of nights if in the area again.
− There was nothing we didn’t like but with some imagination and a bit of money spent tidying up , this homestay could be superb .

Wonderful homestay
10.0Stayed here for the location, right opposite the beach and close to many restaurants. The family were very welcoming and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower worked,, air conditioning worked so nothing to fault it. Was perfect for the price. It was good value for the price and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
