− 1、雖然我填寫的是2人，但是考量我可能會帶一個小孩，所以選擇的是三人房的房間，平台上價格也是三人房的價格，結果要入住的時候告知我三人房要加錢，雖然最後還是以平台上的價格讓我入住（經過我出示平台三房價格且據以力爭） 2、房間內桌上有大量螞蟻，連床上、廁所馬桶座墊、洗臉盆都有螞蟻 3、下午4:46分入住，開了冷氣，經過30分鐘後，房間還是熱到全家三人一直流汗，經反應櫃檯，有派人來查看，原本要換房，櫃檯打來電話說要我們在等等看一段時間會不會冷，我們感覺應該不會給我們換房，最後等到太陽下山時間來的晚上6點多，房間才稍微變涼一點 4、平台上顯示有提供免費換洗用品，結果入住後鏡子上貼了一張不提供牙刷等之類用品，有提供浴巾及一次性毛巾
