8.0No breakfast was included but there was a simple rudimental menue in the lobby, and they could make an egg sandwich, which was a killer, one of the best we had for breakfast just for 30k. Stuff was great even with limited English
− Blanket had no cover, no extra sheet. Little gross.

10.0The hotel manager, Jenny, helped me with a lot of information and with arranging the transfer for me from Bac Ha to Ha Giang (not simple if yoi are not a local...you need a transfer and someone to handle the booking), literally following me through the journey. She offered me fruit, drinks, candies and icecream too :). Thanks a lot for your kindness!
