Good location, some facilities could be improved.
9.0The accommodation is located right in front of the West Entrance of Nagoya Hill Mall and above Morning Bakery Restaurant. The family room is very comfortable and can accommodate 6 guests.
− Overall, the location and family room were great. However, it would have been more convenient if the private bathroom was inside the room, as we had to go in and out to access it. The presence of multiple CCTVs in the kitchen and bathroom area felt a bit uncomfortable. Shared ironing facilities also required some waiting time, and on one occasion, the iron was brought into another guest’s room. A few small improvements would make the stay even better.
