Amazing location! On one side of entrance door there is a small food store on the other is an asian restaurant. There are a lot of other stores and restaurants near by. You are 3 minutes away from a bus stop or 30 min walking distance from center of Valletta. Kitchen is well equipped.

− If you are staying in a room with private bathroom you don't really have any space to leave things in bathroom. Before staying here we stayed in another apartment and soon it was clear that in Malta you need to regulate how much you use air-conditioner. In this appartment you pay for using it with coins of 1 or 2 €. If you leave it on for 10 hours you will pay between 0.5 - 1 €. Other appartments have simillar regulations so you do not leave air-conditioner on for the whole day.

the location is quite good convenience stores and some restaurants nearby. it's not in a very busy area like valetta or st Julian's so it's not that noisy - but of course if you want that from this apartment valetta downtown is a 35 -40 min walk but its malta so not flat 35 min hits different when its on a hill I booked a room with private bathroom, the room was very clean and the self check in system made it easy to arrive late the apartment has a kitchen as a common area w microwave , kettle stove etc but you have to buy things for yourself. there is no coffee or anything the convenience store is basically in the same building on the street or annother one is 1 corner away so it's very easy though. it has an ac (more of that below) which is a must in malta, the bathroom had some basic things like toilet paper , towels soap etc nothing else nothing fancy the room had a very big storage space fits for longer stays (basically i would recommend it for that). my stay was good never heard a sound from other guests in other rooms. but i guess its a hit or miss if you follow the policy and the other guests as well dont cook naked and drunk at 1 am loudly ) it can be a very good sleep and relaxing base before and after you head out

− it's a clean but very basic room, and can get really hot. they have an ac system where you can pay for the ac in advance for your room you in separately (w 1 or 2 eur coins ) so its not necessary that bad of an idea (i guess it makes the prices better) but i didnt have change first night and arrived late, thankfully i had euro cash and some establishments were open so it was solved. if you need ac prepare w small change exactly 1-2 euro coins the room and the bed size is more than good for 2 people but i missed a chair a small table or anything like that - the apartment has a living room and necessary things as couch, tables chairs etc - the room i was in has a big bed and storage space but nothing else i think for most ppl malta is not about hard work behind a desk all day alone, so maybe that was just a me problem

Place was clean, had a lot of equipment, really good location, the landlord was really kind and helpful. It is self check-in so you can come anytime you want.

− We had some troubles with AC in kitchen, otherwise in room was AC normally working.
