Very friendly helpful host, room was very clean, modern and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and great linens. Appears to be recently renovated or just in great shape. The home has air conditioning but there are large windows in my upstairs double room that you can open to let in fresh air if it gets too warm. Bathroom fixtures and bathtub are all in excellent condition. Very well located in terms of transit being a 10 minute walk or less to the Canada line which takes you straight downtown or straight to Richmond or connects to the expo line at the waterfront downtown. A big advantage if you don't have a car or better yet if you're going downtown not to have to deal with parking. I didn't have any problem with free street parking in front of the home.

− The bathroom has two pocket doors. Obviously the pocket door to the next room is locked both ways, but it leaves something to be desired in terms of soundproofing. That's just a reality of it being a house and only a pocket door separating the bathroom from the next bedroom. With my door to the bathroom closed it's okay as long as the other party is not talking loudly or making excessive noise. There's no TVs so that is good. The sky train station is at the oak ridge place mall, less than 10 minute walk, and the mall has a food court with local restaurants running the establishments rather than the usual chain restaurants. A safeway is opening soon. The downside is there are few other restaurants within walking distance. Maybe they'll be more in Oakridge place as it fully opens. There is a coffee shop on the corner by the house, and a good Vietnamese place just kitty corner to Oak Ridge Place.

Mike war sehr nett. Zimmer im 1. Stock seines Hauses, Queensize-Bett 1,50 m breit. Zimmer mit Bad mit Badewanne. Duschgel, Föhn, Handtücher lagen bereit. Ventilator. Kühlschrank. Wasserkocher vorhanden. Zimmer waren sauber. Unterkunft in ruhiger Nebenstraße. 5 min zu U-Bahn Oakridge 41St. Unterkunft gerne wieder.

Det var ett bra område. Frokosten var snål.

− Värden och annonsen var felaktiga - det är inte ett rum för tre personer. Sängen är för två personer, men tredje person fick ligga på en madrass på golvet. Det är inte 'tre personers rum' som annonseras.

Me encantó la ubicación, esta a unas cuadras del metro, eso lo hace ideal, en cuanto a la limpieza super limpia la habitación y baño. Mike una persona siempre atenta y al pendiente. El acceso a la entrada muy bueno. El jardin muy bonito. Hay una cafetería a la esquina. Y nadie comenta del mall a un lado de la estación del metro que es nuevo y muy grande, con muchas áreas de comida y muy moderno .No me pude quedar en mejor casa qué la de Mike. La recomiendo y claro que me volvería a quedar ahi. Aparte llegas al downtown en 10min a lo mucho.
