地點很好，很方便，走路就可以到瑞穗市區，是個往南花蓮不錯的中繼站。
9.0住宿地點很不錯，先到先有車位，如果附近要找車位也容易。雖然沒早餐，但也容易找到早餐店，民宿老闆娘一開始就送我們一些水果，很貼心。住四樓只有一間房間，比較不用怕打擾到其他房客。很幸運當日住滿，房客都很自律，我們也十點就入睡了，睡眠品質很好，也不影響他人。
− 房間、寢具清潔可以再加強一點，使用上感覺不是那麼乾淨。建議大門前的擺設可以再加強些，有些凌亂。
