The room was clean and organized, the seating area was nice, Reggie was a fantastic host who helped with everything and has the inside track on all the best deals and eats. The location was excellent and the sari sari store across the road has everything you need, from homecooked meals to laundry services.

− The bathroom could have been in better shape.

Location was nice, close to the port, cafes, and shops. I have mixed feelings about Reggie. I grateful for him for providing a separate room for me and a separate room for the german guy, it was convenient.

− I feel that this option was about the owner, not about the guests. Too many restrictions right from check in. I understand that every property has its own rules, but as a person who's been traveling across the Philippines, I got more freedom in other places. What exactly I did not like: 1) "granny" odor in the room. When I came into the room, there was nothing to breathe. I can use just my fan, but it was not enough to make the air flows, so it was too hot in the room 2) WiFi barely worked in the room B. I used my mobile network for work. 3) no mosquito net on the window. That means you cannot open the window cuz otherwise you will be bitten. Luckily, I have an electric fumigator and an anti-mosquito repellent pad, it saved my life. I opened the window, drew the curtain and slept. Anyway, it was too hot. The fan is right in front of your head, so I cannot sleep when it blows to you all the time. 4) no kitchen and fridge, but there is a sink in the common area. 5) water is not free at all. You can use it only for tea/coffee. If you need to refill your bottle, you should pay 5 pesos. Come on, guy, 20l costs 20 pesos at the refilling station. If you refill it in the machine outside, 1l would cost you 4 pesos. 6) you cannot wash your clothes. Probably, smth small. This is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. 7) and finally, the weird thing happened. Reggie has recommended me a Super Ultimate tour for 1900. It is more expensive, even we booked a tour in El Nido. Btw, I liked just 2 spots of 7 (lunch lagoon and Barracuda lake) Later, I came to another place, talked with neighbors and they shared with me that they did the same tour at 1600 and shown be a promo sheet. They also shared with me a phone number of another company, the price was also lower. I checked the website of the company I went with and the price was 1850. Spots are the same, but the price is different. Lunch was common for tours, nothing special.
