9.0The check in and out procedure was convenient. Apartment very nice, room itself basic but good. Lots of great food options nearby, close to transit.
− Very difficult to arrange airport taxi late at night, even (esp?) in advance. That is not the hotel's fault, but be aware that getting to the airport could be a problem from here if you have an early flight.

− We checked in and we were hugely disappointed. I checked the photos of the room and it seems that the host had mixed up the rooms. We paid for the room with better conditions and it’s room #1, not #2, we had to stay in room #2 as it was stated in our booking and other guests stayed in room #1. Someone else was lucky to pay less and received a better room, but for us, it was of course bad experience. The host had written me a lot of rules but he had simply mixed up the rooms. After I tried to contact him, he was sending me auto-replies. It was definitely the worst experience contacting the host and we couldn't fix the situation that was unfair. I hope that new guests will receive the conditions they pay for.
