9.0Staff were very helpful with organising transfers even before we had checked in and answering all questions. They went above and beyond, staying back ti check us in even when our flight was delayed. Great location, very close to the river and dragon bridge.

− Le manque de propreté dans la chambre et la piscine. Pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes durant notre séjour.

10.0Great location in the centre of DaNang very close to the airport and the dragon bridge . Staff were very good at communicating and provided lots of local information. Incredible value for a family of 4. Very family friendly. Thank you Lada. We enjoyed our stay.
− Unfortunately the cafe didn't open on the top floor this morning when we went to get some drinks. So we went out instead.
