Not recommend hotel for family trip
2.0the room not really clean, i found some nimfph (small or young cockroach) on bed and bath room. The carpet and the window curtain looks very dirty. Not much option for breakfast and taste not satisfying. People smoking on resto while childrens are eating

10.0The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again.

2.0I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no hot water for a shower, which was very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, making it hard to use. On top of that, the room was dirty and not well-maintained. I do not recommend this place.
