1.0The family owning the property well behaved,
− The property is not having basic facilities like Hand wash, Soap, Towels, No rack/almirah for clothes, No water Heater etc. very small room size just fits a double bed. No Parking facility, No basic arrangement for drivers. 50% of the amount charged from me for the property should be returned.
